Bread Pizza

Have you guys ever had leftover breads and you don’t know what to do with it? Or do you feel like having pizza but do not have enough money? Not to worry my dear readers, this recipe will save you from your misery of throwing your bread away and satisfy your cravings for pizza.

Basically, this pizza use normal bread that you always have at home. And no, it is not weird to eat it with normal bread. Instead, it taste exactly like the pizza that you will get at any pizza stores. It is really simple and cheap. Making the dough can be very confusing for cooking idiots like us, so bread can be a substitute for it and it's sure as hell a good one!

The ingredients that you need are:

1. Bread (you can use wholemeal bread too if you want)
2. Tomato sauce ( I recommend using Prego because they are just so darn good)
3. Mozzarella cheese
4. Hotdogs/beef pepperoni
5. Button mushrooms
6. Capsicum

You can add any other ingredients that you want to your pizza such as bacon, corns, tomatoes, pineapple, minced beef etc., What is most important is that you need bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Since it is your own pizza, just go crazy with the ingredients because no one is stopping you!

Before you start make sure that you pre heat your oven to 170 Degrees Celsius about 7 - 10 minutes before you put in the pizza.

 Here are the steps:

Put it in the oven for about 8 - 12 minutes. Check a few times to see if your pizza is ready.
As we are using normal bread as your base, it tends to harden easily so make sure you do not overcook it. If your toppings are done cooking and the cheese have melted then you can take it out from the oven.

Voila you are done! Just 4 easy steps for you to enjoy your very own pizza!
Have fun trying fellow cooking idiots ~
